X5 Labs publishes this page so visitors understand what we collect when they use this website and what we do with it. The full enterprise data handling commitments for customer deployments are described in the Sovereignty section on the homepage and in customer-specific contracts.

What this site collects

Cloudflare processes requests to serve and protect this website and may set a security cookie called cf_clearance to remember security checks. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled on this website. If you submit the engagement form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, work email, title, company, industry, and an optional message.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits and engagement with this website, including opening the inquiry form and successfully submitting an inquiry. Google processes this usage data to provide reports to X5 Labs. We do not send your form entries to Google Analytics, and we disable advertising personalization in our website tag. Analytics does not load before you accept. Declining does not affect access to the website.

Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops further analytics collection and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data previously collected. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.

Browser storage

The engagement form saves a draft of your entries in your browser tab using session storage. You can remove it with “Discard draft,” and it is cleared after a successful submission. This website also caches pages and static assets in your browser for repeat visits and offline access. That cache does not store form submissions. You can remove this website’s stored data through your browser settings.

How we use form submissions

Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to an inbox at X5 Labs so our deployment team can route your inquiry and reply. We do not sell form submissions. We respond to inquiries within the week and store the submission only as long as required to manage the engagement conversation.
